Digital Home Logbook provides a digital home organization platform allowing homeowners and property managers to track property maintenance, store appliance details, estimate home equity, and organize property documents.

All maintenance schedules, recall checks, valuation estimates, and weather alerts are provided for informational purposes only. They are not professional inspection, legal, financial, or appraisal advice. Home value estimates are automated approximations and are not a formal appraisal. Always consult a qualified professional before making repair or financial decisions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must not upload content you do not have the right to store or share.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Home Logbook is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Property damage or appliance failure.
• Reliance on maintenance reminders or recall alerts.
• Loss of data or uploaded documents.

Digital Home Logbook is a documentation and organization tool only. We are not a public adjuster, insurance agent, or claims representative, and we do not assess damage, negotiate, or settle insurance claims on your behalf. Photos, inventories, and reports generated through this feature are intended solely to help you organize your own records for your own use in filing a claim. You are responsible for reviewing all information for accuracy before submitting it to your insurer. Digital Home Logbook makes no representations or guarantees regarding claim approval, valuation, or outcome, and assumes no liability for decisions made by your insurance carrier.

The Property Tax Appeal feature provides general self-help tools — including comparable sales data and a template cover letter — to assist you in preparing your own property tax appeal. Digital Home Logbook is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent you before any county appraiser or board of tax appeals. Any attorney referred through this feature is an independent, licensed professional. Digital Home Logbook has no employment, partnership, or agency relationship with referred attorneys, does not vet or guarantee their work, and any legal engagement is governed solely by the agreement between you and that attorney. Digital Home Logbook does not guarantee referral availability or appeal outcomes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
